GDC: No demos for WiiWare

Here. Nintendo appeared to confirm yesterday that there would be no Xbox Live-style demo culture on its upcoming Wii download service, WiiWare.
Nintendo of America director of project development Tom Prata said that "having demos [is] ... not a requirement from Nintendo."
WiiWare is slated to launch in America on May 12. No launch date for Europe has been announced by Nintendo as yet.
