Gamer Network to crowdfund collector's editions of Hotline Miami and Papers, Please
A new initiative from Gamer Network will produce special editions of cult digital titles, repackaging games with unique physical items.
The first two titles from Gamer's Edition will be a bundle of Hotline Miami and Hotline Miami 2, as well as a special Papers, Please package.
The Hotline Miami bundle includes both games on DVD in custom packaging, Steam keys, a C90 soundtrack mixtape, comic, trading cards, 50 Blessings spray paint stencil and a custom art card. It will sell for $60.
The Papers, Please inspector’s case includes a Steam key, Arstotkan stamps, inkpad, poster, passport, Immigration Rule Book, paperwork set, Labor Lottery keyring and inspector’s pin badge for $70.
All pre-orders are crowdfunded, so production only begins once the manufacturing costs have been met. The official website is open for pre-orders now.
Gamer Network is the publisher of Eurogamer and GamesIndustry.biz. It also has a commercial partnership with VG247.
