Fortnite LTM farce continues as Epic scrambles to fix new modes [UPDATE]
The Epic fail with Fortnite's Limited Time Modes continues as another bump in the road derailed 50v50 for a bit.
Update
Epic Games has announced it worked out issues with 50v50 and it is now enabled. It had replaced Final Fight LTM with the 50v50 mode as the former wasn't a favorite of players.
Unfortunately, Epic ran into a snag with 50v50 and had to delay its deployment. All issues seem to be fixed now, so jump on in and have some fun.

Original Story
The Fortnite LTM debacle is getting just a bit silly as Epic Games announces that the 50v50 mode it was rolling out to replace the not-very-well-received Final Fight LTM isn't ready to launch yet.
Final Fight was one of two LTM's that launched in update V4.5.
"We’ve heard your feedback regarding the Final Fight LTM and we agree that the mode isn’t quite in a state where we want it to be," Epic said in an update on Reddit earlier today. "Due to this, we’ll be disabling Final Fight and re-enabling the 50v50 LTM".
Unfortunately things haven't gone according to plan. Shortly afterwards, the official Fortnite account tweeted, "We've discovered a few issues and will be holding on enabling 50v50."
Meanwhile, players have been clamouring to know what's going on with the Playground LTM.
"We’re continuing to test our matchmaking service improvements and are still aiming to release the Playground LTM as soon as possible," Epic tweeted, saying it would be posting a status update in the next few hours.
The long-awaited Playground LTM launched on Wednesday, but it was rolled back after less than two hours online, with Epic saying it will "continue testing [its] matchmaking improvements before opening the Playground LTM."
When it finally does go live, you'll find everything you need to know about it right here.
