Former EA and Activison executive Kathy Vrabeck joins GameStop board of directors

GameStop has appointed Kathy Vrabeck to its board of directors. Currently a partner at consulting firm Heidrick and Struggles, Vrabeck's industry experience includes executive stints at both Activision and EA.
