Footage from canned THQ game Avenger leaked

What appears to be footage from THQ's canned Avengers game has made its way to Reddit.
The footage is from the first-person superhero game Avengers, which THQ shelved along with two other franchises - MX vs ATV and Red Faction - back in August, resulting in the loss of over 200 jobs.
The game was to release as a tie-in for the upcoming Avengers movie, which is due later this year.
The trailer shows various members of the Avengers in action, and contains plenty of gameplay footage. Outside of this however, nothing else is known about the game.
