Flying Hamster dev announces SunFlowers for Vita
Look, I'm not saying you necessarily want to play a game about growing flowers on your Vita, I'm just saying I do, and that you possibly have no joy in your soul.
The Game Atelier's next project is the Vita exclusive SunFlowers, which seems to be the first game designed to be played holding the system vertically.
In a kind of reverse Space Invaders, players control the sun and must drop little packets of energy onto passing clouds in order to send appropriate atmospheric effects to the flowers below.
As you'll see in the trailer below, this starts off simple but rapidly increases in complexity, adding up to something that looks frighteningly addictive. There's a whole collection of flowers to unlock, and you can send your spares to friends.
No release date as yet. The sooner the better, I reckon. French Developer The Game Atelier is best known for The Flying Hamster, a frankly adorable PS Mini.
Thanks, Shack.
