First purported images of new PS3 4000-model surface

Shots of what are purportedly the 4000 Series PlayStation 3 which popped up in FCC listings last week have surfaced over on PS3trophies.
The current PS3 is the 3000 Series, and the model mentioned in the FCC filing is the CECH-4001x.
According to the site, the images were pulled from Anatel, the Brazilian Agency of Telecommunications, an first reported by Brazillian tech site Tecnoblog.
The site states the new PS3 is super slim - basically slimmer than PS3 slim - and will coming three flavors: 16GB (or is it 160GB?), 250GB, and 500GB.
Sony is rumored to announced the slimmer model at gamescom next month.
