First MK vs DC action shots released

Destructoid's posted some new screens of Midway's Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe.
While the publisher's claiming them to be the "first ever," it may just be a half-truth: these do look to be the first in-game shots, however.
Going for a far more realistic style compared to "the other" superhero fighter - the properly mental Marvel Vs Capcom line - the images show Mortal Kombatant veteran Scorpion and others going up against some of the Justice League's finest in a range of environments.
