Last time on Dragon Ball FighterZ, we learned that Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta are on the roster, as well as Android 18.
Today, thanks to Gamescom, we also have our first glimpse of Dragon Ball FighterZ's story mode. The official blurb pitching the mode states, "With the resurrection of Android 16 and the invasion of the mysterious army corps, the super warriors start to fall. What is happening?"
Clone armies are happening. The new trailer for Dragon Ball FighterZ shows a scene where myriad "dark" Gokus (as well as other cloned Z warriors) beat down the heroes one-by-one. Except for Buu, who seemingly just opts to take a nap when the action gets too heated. That's my guy.
Dragon Ball FighterZ comes out in February for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A closed beta is happening in September, and you can sign up for it starting today. So far, only Europeans can sign up, though more regions will be added soon.
Will you get to be part of the beta? Will Krillin fighting alongside Android 18 be the coolest thing to happen in a video game, ever (yes)? Find out next time on Dragon Ball FighterZ.
