Square Enix has revealed a Final Fantasy 12 HD remaster heading to PS4 next year.
Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age will utilise the Zodiac Job System that was part of the Japanese release, but didn't make it into the Western version of the game.
Rumours of a remake sprouted up last year, when Distant Worlds conductor Arnie Roth told the audience that a Final Fantasy 12 remake was underway. A statement was swiftly issued to the contrary shortly after the news broke.
So if your excitement was snuffed out along with the rumours, it's time to get pumped again.
Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age will be a PS4 exclusive and is scheduled for a 2017 release.
