You don't need a team of 90-rated players in FIFA 18 in order to win and have a good career mode, and hidden gems like the ones above can be bought cheaply and grow with the team over a number of years. Some players will be almost impossible to buy, espeically if they've only recently joined a new club, but keep at it and you'll build up a team that will grow into something really strong in a few seasons.
