Fantasy Life stock sold out in Japan
Level-5's latest game, Fantasy Life, launched on December 27, and is going down particularly well with Japanese audiences.
According to Siliconera's translation of a post on the Level-5 website, stock of the 3DS title is already in short supply, and the publisher is scrambling to make more available to disappointed punters - although Fantasy Life is also available on the eShop.
Concrete sales figures are yet to surface for last week, as Media Create took a break over the holidays, but Enterbrain estimates first week sales of 134,000.
Fantasy Life seems to be a blend of life sim, Animal Crossing and traditional RPGs in which players can take on various jobs and professions. Here's the latest trailer. No word on localisation yet.
