Fallout: New Vegas dev diary discusses Technology and Sound

Bethesda has released a second Fallout: New Vegas developer diary, and in it, Obsidian touch a bit on "Technology and Sound".
According to the diary, the team thought a lot about what sorts of technology people in the game world would use, or things that were used pre-war that are being put back together.
The team also discuss weapons in the Mojave Wasteland, as well as how it approached sound design and music for the game.
It's rather neat, and it's posted below.
Fallout: New Vegas releases on October 19 in the US and October 22 in the UK for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
