Fallout 76: Wastelanders features human NPCs and dialogue choices

Players will be able to interact with human NPCs when Fallout 76: Wastelanders launches this fall.
The Fallout 76: Wastelanders update introduces a new main quest with more choices and consequences, and NPC characters with their own stories for you to interact with.
In Wastelanders, factions of Raiders and Settlers will be trying to claim a rumored fortune. You will need to pick a side and your choices will determine their fates. Both the Settlers and the Raiders will act as companions.
You will find plenty of new weapons and armor to earn as well.
Wastelanders will out sometime this fall.
