Unblock AWS in Your Firewall Settings
Fallout 76 is hosted on Amazon AWS servers so making sure these aren't blocked in your DNS and firewall settings could help alleviate the error. If this doesn't work, it's likely that the issue is related to the Game Pass version of Fallout 76 specifically, so you'll need to wait for Bethesda to update with a fix. In the meantime you can submit a support ticket which should help Bethesda see what a widespread problem this is.
