Bugs in Fallout 4 can range from hilarious, to weird, to game-breaking. So it may interest to you know that there's an unofficial patch that will fix hundreds of niggly bugs, with the lofty goal of eventually addressing "every bug with Fallout 4 not officially resolved by the developers to the limits of the Creation Kit and community-developed tools".
The patch will fix bugs with quests, NPCs, audio issue and more. You can check out the full changelog here for more information.
You will need to have update 1.5 or later installed, but it's live now, so if you're still wandering the wasteland, you can download it here.
