You'll lose your Evolve character progress if you play on multiple consoles, for now

There's currently a bug in Evolve whereby your character progression won't carry over from one console to another.
According to reports on Reddit, if you play Evolve on multiple consoles using the same account, your progress will not carry over, even after the console syncs up account data on start-up.
Logging into your 2K account on both consoles doesn't seem to remedy the issue either.
2K and developer Turtle Rock have both not commented through official channels. However, Kotaku learned "indirectly" through the studio's PR that they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
In the meantime, you could use an external hard drive to transfer progress, or stick to one console per-account.
