Euro PS Store and Plus update: Resistance 3 beta, Splinter Cell, WH40K: Kill Team

Sony has updated the European end of PSN and has also tossed in some Plus content to go along with it. The amount of information this week is quite hefty, so let's get started.

For Plus members, there's the Resistance 3 Plus Beta which you play until September 4, and it's exclusive to Plus members until it opens to the public on August 14.

There's also discounts for Splinter Cell HD, 20 percent off Spelunker HD 50 percent off of Worms 2: Armageddon and 20 percent off the DLC for it.

On the store side, there's the Splinter Cell HD titles, Spelunker HD, Galaga Legions DX and Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team - all of which have trial and unlocks. Demos include the previously announced Driver: San Francisco, Madden NFL 12, and El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron.

You can now pre-order PLAY titles and there's DLC available for Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Red Faction: Armageddon

There's also a THQ DLC sale going on for titles such as Mx Vs Atv Reflex, WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2011, Costume Quest, Red Faction: Battlegrounds, and more. The list for this is rather large so you'll want to check it out.

PSP users can download Marvel Super Hero Squad, Spongebob Squarepants: Yellow Avenger, and more digital games, and there's also a permanent price reduction on Gladiator Begins.

Downloadable content this week included content for MX vs. ATV Alive, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 3, EyePet: Move Edition, LittleBigPlanet 2 – Perseids Costume, Magic: The Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012, Mortal Kombat- Freddy Krueger and Playable Warriors pack, DanceDanceRevolution and more.
