Wargame: Red Dragon is free on the Epic Games Store, next week it's Surviving Mars

The latest freebie is now available on the Epic Games Store.

This week's free Epic Games Store game is Wargame: Red Dragon.

In the game, you engage in a large-scale conflict where Western forces battle it out with the Communist bloc in Asia. You will be joined by various other countries: Japan, China, North Korea, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

You will command the military resources of all 17 nations involved, assemble your force from 1,450 units. You can command tanks, planes, helicopters, warships, and amphibious units. The game has a single-player mode with a dynamic campaign system, and also offers a multiplayer mode where up to 20 players can compete against each other simultaneously.

Next week, the free game will be Surviving Mars, a sci-fi city builder with the goal of colonizing Mars and surviving the process.
