End of Nations studio Petroglyph axes 30 jobs - report
Petroglyph, developer of MMORTS End of Nations has reportedly suffered 30 lay-offs. Tweets coming from within the studio and insider reports have suggested that the Las Vegas studio is currently shedding staff. Get the details below.
GI.Biz reports that Petroglyph game designer Adam Stevens tweeted, "Well, it appears this Winter break will be extended indefinitely. Layoffs at Petroglyph. Looking like I'll be Leaving Las Vegas."
Eurogamer has reported that is has it on "good authority" that 30 jobs have been cut at the studio.
The studio unexpectedly cancelled its End of Nations beta phase indefinitely, although it has since stressed that the game itself has not been scrapped.
