Duke Nukem Forever pre-order bonuses include "trucker hat"

2K's announced American pre-order bonuses for Duke Nukem Forever, including a "trucker hat" if you buy the shooter from Wal-Mart. GameStop extras include DLC in the form of an EGO boost, a Big Head mode and a t-shirt pack. It's out on May 3. See what we thought of it when we got to see the game in Las Vegas recently.
