According to this, it appears Sony dev Evolution Studios has trademarked something called Drive Club.
It appears that Motorstorm studio Evolution has trademarked something called Drive Club.
The news comes less than an hour before Sony is expected to unveil PlayStation 4 in New York.
It has previously been rumoured that Evolution is working on a PlayStation 4 launch racer.
The original trademark filing was made on February 13, 2012.
