Drakengard 3 dated for digital-only release in Europe, opening movie released

Drakengard 3 has been dated for digital release across Europe on PS3. Publisher Square Enix confirmed that the hack-and-slash game is coming May 21.
In a press release sent to VG247 today, Square explained that Drakengard 3 follows six goddess sisters - known as 'Intoners' - who brought the world to peace through song. Zero, the oldest sister, attempts to kill her siblings with the help of her dragon Mikhail, which then plunges the world into chaos once more.
You'll hack-and-slash the world to rights, unleash combos and use your dragon buddy to help turn the tide of battle.
Drakengard 3 is also coming to North America, where it will get a boxed release run.
