Dragon's Prophet beta players can now participate in the Ancient Shadow Festival

Those participating in the Dragon's Prophet beta can now revel in the MMO's first in-game event: the annual Ancient Shadow Festival.

The event takes place in remembrance of the great Warthorne, who sacrificed himself during the Second Dragon War. The event runs until July 17, and tasks players with solving riddles, earning recognition, and learning more about the Great Dragon Wars and the history of Auratia.

Next week, content patch 1.1 will see the release of the region of Wintertide, which comes with three dungeons and several new gameplay features.

A third housing option will also be introduced along with new dragon commands and a level cap increase to 70.
