Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen hits Xbox Live Games on Demand

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen has released on Xbox Live's 'Games on Demand' service. The download includes all of the content featured in the original game, as well as the Dark Arisen expansion.
In a press release sent by Capcom, the download was priced at €29.99 / £19.99 and can be found here.
Back in April I interviewed Capcom's team about Dark Arisen and they told me just how difficult is is.
Very, apparently.
