Dragon Age: Origins has another patch available as of today.
There are loads of big fixes, balancing, gameplay tuning and plot fixes.
This patch is for all versions of the game, and the notes for it say that it's a comprehensive one - meaning that if you have not applied the previous patch, this one includes those fixes as well.
So don't double up on it - there's no need.
