Doug Bowser named as new VP of sales at NoA - no relation to King of the Koopa

Nintendo of America has announced Doug Bowser as its new vice president of sales. Bless him. There's all sorts of jokes circulating the Internet over his last name.
Bowser will be in charge of sales-related functions including: "sales, in-store merchandising, retail strategy and retail marketing."
He will report directly to NoA's Scott Moffitt, who is EVP of sales and marketing.
Bowser spent the last eight years at Electronic Arts, recently as the company's VP of global business planning. Prior to EA, he worked at Procter & Gamble in various sales leadership roles in Asia, Latin America and the US.
