Dota 2 International 2015 prize pool hits $15 million

This year’s The International Dota 2 tournament has net its final stretch goal. This means the already massive prize pool has hit over $15 million.
As of press time, the prize pool has hit $15,000,646 which unlocks the Special Axe Immortal and Longform Comic.
Sales of the Dota 2 Compendium for this year have made the prize pool for The International 2015 the largest in eSports history. The International 2014 held the previous record, with nearly 11 million in total.
Dota 2 The International runs August 3-8.
