Check out Doom Slayer's Fortress of Doom in Doom 2016 sequel Doom Eternal
Doom Eternal is out in March, and we have 15 minutes of hellish new footage to show you, featuring all the staples of the Doom diet; internal organs, chainsaws, broken jaws, plasma, and more flaming skulls than a hotrod convention.
We also have a good look at Doom Slayer's little castle in the sky, the Fortress of Doom, which is like Superman's Fortress of Solitude but with more bullets lying around and stomach lining spattered up the walls.
You'll also get a squint at the Super Shotgun's new Meathook attachment in action. Not only does it pull chunks off enemies, but it's also one of a handful of improvements to the Slayer's movement around Hell, Earth and Heaven.
Check out the video above for James' impressions on some of the more controversial additions to Doom Eternal, including a whole lot more platforming, grappling and climbing.
As a bonus, here's a sackful of new screens to get you pumped.
Doom Eternal is out on March 20 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
