Ubisoft lays out The Division 2's year of content, including new raid
Ubisoft laid out an ambitious content plan for The Division 2 during its E3 2019 press conference, including new main missions and a new raid.
The content will be spread over the course of three episodes. Episode 1 will feature new main missions and the introduction of excursions – missions that take players outside the walls of D.C. Ubisoft didn't confirm the location for the first excursion, but hinted that it takes place in a wooded compound. (Our guess is the President's cabin, Camp David.) The first episode will also feature new locations, such as Kenly College and the National Zoo.
Episode 2, coming this Fall, pits players against a gang called the Black Tusks in a mission to secure what lies within the Pentagon. The episode will also feature a new 8-player raid, but we don't know anything beyond that at this point.
We know even less about Episode 3, which Ubisoft teased with a cinematic trailer during its conference (below). It's suggested that players will hunt down an ex-Division member, possibly to New York City – the location for the first Division title.
