Direct2Drive offering games for limited rental at $5 a pop

Direct2Drive has started offering limited digital game rental at five bucks a pop for five hours of gameplay.

Once you lay down your $5, and you like the game, that money will go toward the full purchase price of the game.

So far, the service is only available for three games: Divinity 2, GRID, and Silent Hill: Homecoming.

More should be added in the future, though.
