Destiny: Xur location and inventory for October 28, 29

It's Friday, or Xursday as Destiny players like to call it.
Xur: Agent of the Nine, your only hope of getting those elusive Exotic pieces of armour and weapons, has once again arrived to sell you them. Xur will happily take your Strange Coins in exchange for said gear.
The vendor now also brings two weapon Ornaments each weekend. You'll need Silver Dust to buy these, which you can find in Radiant Treasures.
Find Xur by the railing near the Speaker this weekend. He shall stay put until at 9am GMT on Sunday, October 31.
