Destiny weekly reset for September 13 - Court of Oryx, Nightfall, Prison of Elders changes detailed
It's our last weekly reset for The Taken King. Make the most of it.
It's Tuesday. The new Monday in the world of Destiny. Everything gets dusted off and plumped up for the week ahead.
As always, there's a new Nightfall Strike, a fresh set of Court of Oryx bosses primed for a pummelling, Prison of Elders challenges and more.
Take a gander at what's coming up this week:
Weekly Nightfall
The strike for the week is Dust Palace on Mars. The modifiers are Epic, Void Burn, Brawler, Grounded, and Trickle.
Expect heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies - and a lot of them - with Epic. Void Burn will boost void damage while recharging abilities is significantly reduced thanks to Trickle. Brawler bumps up Guardian melee damage and Grounded will increase damage players take while airborne.
Challenge of Elders
Round 1: Keksis the Betrayed (Fallen)
Round 2: The Seditious Mind (Hive)
Round 3: Noru’usk, Servant of Oryx (Cabal)
Modifiers this week are Catapult, Grenade Kill Bonus, and Juggler.
Catapult cuts down the cooldown on grenades, which is great because of the bonus from grenade kills. Juggler means no ammo drops for your equipped weapon so remember to keep switching them out.
Court of Oryx
Things are a bit different this week. All three bosses are rotating.
Crucible playlists
Inferno Rumble and Freelance 6V6.
Sterling Treasure
Changes are afoot with Sterling Treasure chests. You can only get them in one place each week from now on, and that's the level 41 Prison of Elders.
You can't pick them up from the Postmaster or get them from the weekly Crucible playlist anymore.
King’s Fall raid challenge
All challenges are active for the raid this week. We've got Golgoroth, Oryx, and Warpriest.
Everything is geared towards giving players a chance to finish their moments of triumph before Rise of Iron drops next week, so go nuts.
