Destiny 2 Trials of the Nine will return on all platforms November 3
Trials of the Nine won't return in Destiny 2 for another two weeks.
As you likely noticed yesterday, Trials of the Nine was missing in Destiny 2. Turns out, you'll have to wait until the first part of November to jump back in.
Bungie pulled the timed Crucible event Trials of the Nine from Destiny 2 due to a rather pesky glitch causing all sorts of havoc when players use the Monty Python-inspired Bureaucratic Walk emote. The emote has been removed from the game and the store, just so you know.
As a follow-up to reported incidents of emote glitching in the Crucible, Bungie said in its weekly update a fix will be deployed during the first week of November.
Until the issue is fixed, the next two instances of Trials of the Nine will be postponed. So, expect the next Trials of the Nine to go live on November 3 for PS4 and Xbox One.
Looking over the PC schedule of Destiny 2 live content, the first Trials of the Nine PvP event on PC also kicks off that day. We assume this is still the case, so everyone on all platforms hop back in on that date.
On the PC version’s launch day, Tuesday, October 24, the first Nightfall strike will be available in both normal and Prestige modes alongside Nightfall Guided Games. The following week on November 1, the Leviathan raid will unlock in normal mode.
