The video that explains what you do in Death Stranding is here for all to watch

Kojima Productions has unlocked the full Death Stranding briefing trailer.

You may remember at gamescom last month, the press were treated to a Death Stranding behind-closed-doors viewing, which Hideo Kojima referred to as a "briefing." Many came out of that room much more aware of what the game is, and what you do in it.

This was essentially a cutscene, likely intended to be seen by players early on in Death Stranding. Thanks to TGS, though, Kojima decided to pu the whole thing online for everyone to watch.

Although this could be considered a spoiler, since it's much more direct than earlier footage, its purpose is more about exploring the protagonist's main mission more than it is a reveal of story events. The video introduces the main motivation behind Sam's expedition, as well as the main villains.

It's actually fairly straightforward as far as game introductions go. You may also notice the different voice lines used in earlier Death Stranding trailer. Watch it in full below:
