Dead Space 2 review round-up: horrifyingly good

Dead Space 2 looks great and all, but let's face it: It's not always easy to trust reviews that barge onto the Internet shouting "first!" like they took etiquette lessons from, well, the Internet. Fortunately, the embargo's up for everyone else, and now Dead Space 2 gets to face the music for real. So, how'd it fare? Is it finally ok to stop scrutinizing and start screaming?
