Capcom has upped general lunacy possible in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record by releasing a Cyborg Skills pack for Mr Frank West. As well as the obvious aesthetic changes, the DLC also increases the damage Frank can dole out and adds electrical effects to his melee attacks. Let the carnage commence.
Dead Rising 2: OTR is available right now for PC, 360 and PS3.
