Dead or Alive 6 is the first mainline entry in the fighting game series since Dead or Alive 5's release all the way back in 2012. Built on a new engine, Dead or Alive 6 ramps up the visual fidelity and animation quality.
During development, Team Ninja attempted to tone down the series' trademark, overly sexualised female characters. Female fighters are more appropriately dressed, and breast physics are not as overly exaggerated.
Though the game's overall look is less embarrassing, it seems much of that questionable content remains in the game if you're willing to dig for it. At a recent EVO Japan presentation, organisers had to take the stream down for being extremely unsafe for work.
