Dead Island US street release date broken

US citizens waiting on Tuesday's release of zombie shooter RPG de riguer Dead Island need wait no more.
Destructoid has had reports of the game on shelves and freely available for engagement in capitalist transactions at both Walmart and Target.
One reader even sent photographic proof that he'd picked the game up from a Game Craze in New York.
Officially, Dead Island releases in the US on September 6, and hits Europe on September 9, on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Expect reviews to start piling up tomorrow; critics have had code for several days now.
