DayZ patch adds bloodborne virus, new weapons

ArmA 2 mod DayZ has been patched, adding a ton of new features. There's a collection of weapons and food, two new vehicles and the ability to catch viruses and flip ATVs (good luck with that, Dan), for example. Zombies can now damage your vehicle, pull you from it, or even spawn inside unoccupied vehicles, and will be attracted by the sound of trees being felled. Plus a huge pile of fixes; full patch notes are available on the DayZ forums, where incidentally you'll also find plenty of people chatting about the first DayZ standalone release footage.
