Dashboard preview program users can check out Halo Waypoint

Xbox 360 users who are participants in the Dashboard preview program and interested in Halo Waypoint, can check out the new Halo fan destination.

There some media, anime, Avatar rewards, and ranking based on Achievements for Halo 3, ODST, and Halo Wars, and even its own awards system - just in case you never saw the posts on Waypoint before.
