Darksiders novel to be released in time for Darksiders II

THQ and Random House have announced an original novel set in the Darksiders universe will be published by Del Rey in May. Titled "Darksiders: The Abomination Vault", it was written by author Ari Marmell and takes place millennia before the events of the first game in the series. Random House will also develop the IP bible for the Darksiders universe. Darksiders II us out this summer on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
