Darksiders 2 - lead combat designer walks you through Crucible Mode
Vigil has gone into more depth on Darksiders II's Crucible Mode, the arena survival challenge with 100 stages in total.
Players are able to opt out with a prize after every five waves and take the reward and run, or try another five waves for an even greater reward - or nothing at all should they perish.

Darksiders 2 lands on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 next week. The Wii U version will follow sometime after the console's launch.
