Dark Souls 2 took me about 60 hours to complete. I charted the whole play-through in my review journal. I felt pretty good about finishing it, so imagine my surprise when I saw this guy doing it in just over 20 minutes. No really.
The feat was pulled off by Distortion2 at a final time of 20:14 using a variety of tricks and glitches, but it's all there for you to see above. If you're wondering why he's moving so far, it's because of binoculars. Seriously, Google it.
