Cyberpunk 2077 will let you change your character's teeth and nail length
At what point is loads of detail too much detail?
It looks like you'll be able change your character's teeth and nail length in the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077, just like you could customise your genitalia.
That's according to a post on the German Facebook group for the eagerly-anticipated sci-fi RPG – as spotted by an eagle-eyed Redditor – which explained how detailed the title's character creator is. You can change what style of teeth your avatar has, as well as how long their nails are.
The post also reiterates that Cyberpunk 2077's character creator doesn't offer binary gender options, something that CD Projekt tweaked last year.
Despite the character creator allowing users to explicitly be transgender, journalist Stacey Henley wrote earlier in the year that the overall tone of Cyberpunk 2077's marketing thus far has left her feeling the game is style over substance.
Cyberpunk 2077 is set for release December 10 after being delayed from November. The game was initially slated for an April release date, but was bumped back until September at the start of 2020.
Given how regularly the game has been delayed, developer CD Projekt had to double down that it was going to hit its December release following rumours that the game was once again being pushed back.
