Crysis 3 beta ToS mention bug reporting bans, won't be enforced

Crysis 3's multiplayer beta has kicked off, and its terms of service include the same harsh penalties for failing to report bugs as in the SimCity beta. "We aren't enforcing that," the Crysis Twitter account told players, noting that the text was in the beta before the initial scandal drew attention to the clause. EA has already apologised for the severe wording, promised to change it, and said it would not carry through the threat. Crysis 3 is due in mid-February on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
