Crackdown 3: Wrecking Zone is the game's multiplayer mode, out February 15
Microsoft announced Crackdown 3: Wrecking Zone as the multiplayer portion of Crackdown 3.
Two teams of five agents will enter fully destructible arenas in the game, and the destructible environments are made possible by Microsoft's Azure Cloud services and Xbox Live.
Destruction will be the same on all Xbox One and Windows 10 systems.
Two maps were shown during the X018 segment, Blackout Zone and Nova Station, and two modes, Territory and Agent Hunter, were also announced.
Agent customization, plenty of weapons, and more will be available for players when they drop into the multiplayer.
The original Crackdown, as previously reported, is free now through November 30 on Xbox One and PC. It is also enhanced for Xbox One X.
Crackdown 3 releases February 15 on Windows 10 PC and Xbox One and will be available through Xbox Game Pass.
Because it's an Xbox Play Anywhere title, it will feature cross-play support across Xbox One, Xbox One X, and Windows 10 in solo, multiplayer, and two-player online co-op.
The game is available for pre-order and pre-load on Xbox One.
