Cosplay as Claptrap and Moon Moxxi in Borderlands 2

If you're lucky, you can now dress your Borderlands 2 characters as the stars of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.

Following this week's Borderlands 2 update, six new heads and skins are now available on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Each of the new items costumes one of our heroes as another, and can be collected in game as "extremely rare drops".

• Axton as Athena
• Salvador as Wilhelm
• Maya as Nisha
• Zer0 as Claptrap
• Gaige as Moon Moxxi
• Krieg as a Scav

If you just can't live without the new costumes, you can use Shift codes to unlock them by checking into the Gearbox blog periodically over the next few weeks.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is coming in October.
