Conan Exiles has already had 24 updates somehow, latest one adds a new dungeon
Conan Exiles developer Funcom really isn't messing around with its ambitious content and update schedule.
Conan Exiles has been patched, again, bringing its total number of updates to 24 since Early Access release back at the end of January. That's more than two updates a week; Funcom really wasn't kidding when it said it was going to work its arse off on Conan Exiles.
This latest update isn't just a collection of fixes or new systems for Conan Exiles - it's a proper content drop with a new mid-level dungeon aimed at characters between levels 10 and 20.
Called The Dregs, the new dungeon can be found beneath the Unnamed City. It delivers new enemies to Conan Exiles and promises a "spectacular boss battle" against the Abysmal Remnant. Follow the acqueduct into the sewers if you dare to face the detritus of the many sorcerous experiments performed in the metropolis above: albino komodos and undead await you, and you must navigate a series of valve-controlled tunnels to proceed.
That's not all, though - Conan Exiles update 24 also brings new, craftable armour, weapons and equipment. Look for new recipes and resources as you explore The Dregs, including the makings of the glowing sticks that work better than the torches you brought with you. You'll also find a new medium armour, a sword, a dagger, bolts and arrows.

It's not surprising Funcom is moving fast both to bring the sandbox adventure into release-ready state and to add substantial new content; Conan Exiles saved Funcom's bacon.
The publisher initially only set out to vault the very low bar set by the hordes of survival clones on Steam, but having attracted massive viral interest with its dick slider and physics, it immediately doubled down, telling investors it would work super hard on Conan Exiles for the next year.
The result is a pretty ambitious 12 month Conan Exiles roadmap, which is clearly off to a good start.
Conan Exiles will release via Xbox One Game Preview later this year, and will release in full on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in early 2018.
