Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller Episode One releases on PC and Mac at the end of the month
Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller from Phoenix Online Studios, the developer behind The Silver Lining, is a point-and-click adventure set for release at the end of the month on PC and Mac.
The game follows Erica Reed, a Boston-based FBI agent, who is haunted by the unsolved case of a serial killer who murdered her brother.
Throughout the game, players will make use of Erica's post-cognition abilities - which allows someone to read an object's past by touching it - in order to "unravel a complex tableau of characters, plots, and puzzles."
Cognition will be released in four episodes, with the first arriving on October 30 through various digital distribution sites.
Each episode is available for $9.99 or alternatively, customers can drop $29.99 for the Season Pass which includes all four episodes when launched.
